Maddie and Peter reached out to me as we’ve DJ’d many weddings at Mass MoCA in the past. Mass MoCA is a unique venue as it has such a large scale of space to cover with both lighting and sound. You see, their ceremony was in the Spencer Finch Room with all the lights, cocktails were in The Prow Area, dinner was in the Building 6 Event Space and then dancing in yet another room. That means we had 4 separate sound systems set up for their event. As we transitioned from space to space, those systems were broken down behind the scenes by my assistant as I moved to the next location. It’s always about the smooth transition at weddings. Especially as we moved more than 200 guests from space to space.
