Chris & Julia’s Wedding – The Golden Lamb Buttery – Brooklyn CT Rustic Barn Wedding
The Golden Lamb Buttery is a unique venue with 10′ high totem poles and photos of famous people who have eaten at their restaurant. The sheep and farm animals are just outside the barn and you can’t get fresher food anywhere. Chris & Julia wanted a unique wedding venue in Connecticut and family and guests came from all over to be there for their wedding day. The ceremony was held under a tree just on the other side of the stone wall. One of their uncles performed a ROCKING tune during their ceremony and two of their friends performed the actual ceremony. One of their readings was a children’s book – read by one of their friends. So cute, it was heart-felt and personal. No boring ceremony here. For the reception, everyone was given lyric sheets as their family rewrote the lyrics to “She Loves You” by the Beatles and everyone sang along.
