Inspire Photo Retreat – Portland ME – 2015
We had the opportunity to be one of the sponsors for this year’s photographer’s retreat in Portland ME with Inspire. We provided the lighting, a/v support, sound systems, DJing – you name it for this 3 day event.
The Main ballroom: Sound system with multiple wireless microphones, remote speaker(s) back of room, 20 LED Up-lights, Inspire Logo projection on wall, 5000 Lumen projector and 12′ video screen.
Breakout Rooms: Up to 6 breakout rooms at a time with 3000 Lumen short throw projectors, 100″ diagonal video screens, computer sound system, lav mic and speaker for PA use as needed
Entertainment: Karaoke dance party (on-site), Club dance party @ Grace (off-site location)
