Avon Old Farms School Wedding Photos
Carolyn & Hans held their wedding ceremony and reception at Avon Old Farms School. You see, Carolyn’s father has worked at the school for nearly 30 years so Carolyn literally grew up on campus. It was the perfect backdrop for their wedding day. DJ Rob handled the audio for both ceremony and the outdoor social hour and then rocked the dance floor late into the night.
One thing to note: where ever you hold your wedding reception, be sure that the lighting can be dimmed down once the dancing starts. The string lights over the dance floor were a bit bright for my liking and there was no way to dim them. If you are doing DIY lighting and you decide to rent uplights – be sure they can be set easily to the color of your choice. The dated fixtures that were rented that night just had RED-GREEN-BLUE and they couldn’t set them to WHITE as the couple had wanted. They ended up with a purplish color. All our uplights have RED GREEN BLUE AMBER WHITE AND UV so we can dial in just about any shade you desire.
