Hanging 3D Star Tent Wedding
If you are having a starry night themed tent wedding or barn wedding โ we can hang these beautiful 3D stars throughout your wedding venue. Imagine 40-60 hanging stars above your dance floor as you dance your first dance. This is a great way to stage what we refer to as that magical wedding photo moment at your wedding.
These 3D stars can be lit from inside or color-washed from out.
Meet Allison & Nick
Stonover Farms โ Lenox, MA
Iโd like for you to meet Allison and Nick. When you walk into Stonover Farms โ it is an empty barn. Allison and Nick had a vision for their wedding. They wanted to completely transform the space with lights hung throughout. We walked the space with them, brought in a few light fixtures, and created a design to meet their vision.
We brought in amber uplighting to warm up the wood tones around the perimeter. We hung about 600โฒ of black strand bistro lights throughout the space. Then, we brought in 2 custom recycled wood chandeliers. One was an 8โฒ long plank chandelier with glass and hanging Edison bulbs hung over the wood bar. The second was a 6โฒ x 6โฒ square recycled wood chandelier with 16 Edison bulb hanging strands placed over the dance floor.
When they came in for their first look on their wedding day โ they just lit up. It was more than they ever expected. Even, Stonover Farmโs owner, Tom pulled me aside the day after their wedding to say that heโs never seen the barn lit up โ it was just amazing.
Moon and Stars Projection
Having a tent wedding? Use lighting to transform that tent wedding space to fit your wedding theme. We used multiple projection lights to create a full moon, galaxy stars and then washed the entire tent with a duo-tone LED wash. Tent weddings can be colorful โ that big white tent is perfect for color and texture patterns. Pole tents are best for this type of light, but sailcloth tents work as well. Just remember to avoid using CLEAR TOP TENTS as there is nothing for the light to reflect on.
