Claire & Alex Assumption University Wedding DJ
Claire and Alex planned a fun-packed day for their almost 200 guests at Assumption University! Surrounded by friends and family, they held their ceremony in the chapel on campus and their reception in the Tsotsis Courtyard/Ballroom. After cocktails in the courtyard, the guests headed to the 3rd-floor ballroom for dinner and dancing. After introductions, guests enjoyed dinner and conversation before a few toasts and the parent dances. Alex and his mom danced to “Forever Young” by the Glee Cast. In honor of her father, Claire and her mom took the dance floor to “Smile” by Nat King Cole. After we wrapped up the formalities we kicked off the dancing portion of our evening with some high-energy dance tracks while Claire snuck away to change into her dancing dress!
When she returned to the room she hit the dance floor with her friends to their favorite line dances! Claire told me that her guests were big dancers, and they delivered. The crowd danced for almost 3 hours straight! To wrap up the evening Claire and Alex had a last slow dance to “At Last” by Etta James, and packed the dancefloor with their guests for their official last, song, “Last Dance” by Donna Summer.
