With the Covid-19/Coronavirus scare of 2020, everyone’s event plans have been disrupted. Scientists have known for decades that broad-spectrum germicidal UV light, which has wavelengths between 200 and 400 nanometers (nm), is highly effective at killing bacteria and viruses by destroying the molecular bonds that hold their DNA together. During your event, add our 300nm UV lights (black lights) on the dance floor for added peace of mind (safe for your guests) to continue your party without concern. Prices start at $400.
We’ve been keeping close tabs on the CDC website and statistics for both MA and CT as the weeks roll on with this pandemic. Just like with flu season, the elderly and people with underlying health issues are most at risk. There are a lot of misleading and fake news stories going around about the coronavirus. Check your local state website and the CDC website for accurate information and data about what is going on. No need to hoard toilet paper and paper towels. Infrared Thermometer Scanning Of Guests
Add more peace of mind by having guests scanned as they enter your event space. Anyone with a fever can be requested to leave. We can staff someone to scan and clear your guests for entry. Prices start at $600. Please inquire.

We are taking extra precautions with our photo booth rentals due to Covid19. We will sterilize props before and during each event. We will limit the number of props to help protect you. We will clean our touch screen monitor and staff will be wearing gloves.

We are focused on the health and safety of our team, families as well as our couples and their guests.
Here are the steps we are taking at every event we are at so we can celebrate with safety:
All our team members wear masks during setup and throughout the event whenever we are in close proximity to other vendors and guests
We are stocked with hand sanitizer, UV sanitation wands, and sanitizing wipes as needed
Microphones will be placed on microphone stands to limit cross-contamination or will be wiped down between uses
DJs will strive to set up as far away as possible from guests and practice social distancing where possible
Music requests can be taken through our online request system
Photo Booth touch screen surfaces and props will be sanitized between uses
Any staff that is sick or does not feel well will remain at home until cleared to return to work
We are monitoring the various state and local regulations as they apply to our industry and your wedding plans
We encourage our couples to take advantage of our Zoom Wedding option to live stream their wedding day to guests who are uncomfortable coming in person or who cannot attend due to travel restriction

If you have had to resize your wedding to meet local guidelines for Covid-19 reopening – maybe you should consider live streaming your wedding. Whether you do a DIY approach or have a professional handle it (Prices starting around $1500) with multi-camera coverage, older guests or guests that cannot travel will be able to tune in and watch your wedding live. They will hear your exchange of vows and watch you do your first dance and your best man’s speech.
Whether it is Facebook Live, Zoom, Twitch.tv or Youtube, your guests could tune in from anywhere to see and be a part of your wedding.
