Cory + Jack’s Wedding At The Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown CT
Cory + Jack waited years for their reception but the love was palpable between the two of them throughout the entire ceremony and reception. We came in to take of their DJ, wedding ceremony, and uplighting needs. The Wadsworth Mansion is one of those broken-up facilities that requires just the right technology and staffing to make things flow smoothly.
Our main DJ system was set up inside the center Loggia room with remote wireless speakers both on the back patio and two side dining rooms so that no matter where guests were – they could hear announcements and listen in for their favorite dance tunes. Cory and Jack held their ceremony outside just off the back patio so our dedicated sound system for their ceremony was set up on the patio. We had clip-on mics for both Cory and Jack and their officiate. Once the ceremony was done, we simply removed that system and started playing from the main system inside.
If you are a Family Guy fan, their dinner music was comprised of Seth McFarland and Jeff Goldbloom songs (yes – it was actually really cool!). We kicked off dancing with a staged performance from their Drag Queen and we danced for nearly 3 hours straight.
