Intimate Richmond MA Wedding Staged In Their Garage
As winter approached, we were hit with a last-minute request to light up this intimate Richmond MA wedding. Originally they were thinking of doing everything outside but it just was too cold and their wedding planner and caterer (5 Senses Designs and Mezze Catering) suggested that they stage it in their garage. Our quest was to transform this garage into a space worthy of their wedding. Between their florist (Township Four) and our lighting, we were able to pretty much hide the fact that this was a garage.
We hung Edison bulbs over the tables, added uplighting in amber to the draped walls, and used our free-standing pole lights on the porch and even Matthew Broderick (the bride’s uncle, who was in attendance with his kids) had a great time at this intimate wedding in a garage.
Did I mention that I had just enough time to prepare gear and get my crew up to speed for this event before I had to head out to Vegas for the Wedding MBA conference? Mike and Justin stepped up and took control of the installation and running of this wedding in my absence.
