Juliet & Evan’s Wedding Reception – Mystic Aquarium – Mystic CT Wedding
Juliet & Evan held their wedding reception and ceremony right inside The Mystic Aquarium in Mystic CT. DJ Jesse provided the entertainment while our Acoustic Guitarist provided the music for their ceremony.
What a unique place to have a reception! The sharks swam nearby, the blue glow of the tanks sparkled off the walls and floors and this small 60 person wedding reception was quite energetic. Juliet & Evan’s friends took to the dance floor soon after dinner ended. With the sugar rush of cupcakes and a candy bar – they danced on into the night.
I would suggest that people getting married in Mystic (or other aquariums) bring in a lighting company to brighten up the place. The ceremony and dinner were very dark. It was great for dancing, but they had limited control over the light levels in there.
