Lens & Light Photography Conference 2025
A few years ago, two of our friends and colleagues set out to create an epic community of photographers from all walks of life. Chris and Jen have curated numerous events through the Lens and Light community, spanning education, social gatherings, and everything in between. When they approached Rob and me last year about organizing a conference, we were all in! Check out their amazing work here.
Lens and Light 2024 Recap Video
In February 2024, we helped design and manage all the audio-visual (AV) equipment needed for the inaugural conference. From the large main hall for keynotes and large presentations to the smaller breakout rooms used for classes throughout the week, we covered it all. With 2024 being an amazing success, we were thrilled to return to Lens and Light 2025.

In 2025, we incorporated all the latest technology we had acquired throughout the year. Our new 100″ LED Screens flanked the stage, our EV audio systems projected audio clearly in each space. Even our wireless video options proved helpful for photoshoots and demonstrations.
The night before the last half day of the conference, something extraordinary happens. Attendees have a shortened day to allow them time to prepare for the annual gala. During that time, our team flips the main conference space into a party spot! This year included a custom step and repeat, Film strips projected on the back wall, our uplighting, 360 LED tubes, and, of course, we DJed that evening.
This was my 2nd year DJing for this crew, and I’ve learned that photographers know how to party! Throughout the night, we hit a lot of 90s and early 2000s hip-hop. We also covered a lot of pop from those eras with some 80s jams thrown in. I’ve always enjoyed playing a little something for everyone. After dinner, the dancing never stopped!
The last day of the conference begins a little later, as attendees recover from the late-night dancing. A few final classes take place before everyone gathers back in the main room for the debut of the annual recap video made by the amazing video team Doug and Emmie.

As the video wraps up, everyone says goodbye, shares a laugh, sheds a tear, and says, “can’t wait for next year”. We’re so excited to be back again for Lens and Light 2026!
