Molly + Conor The Society Room of Hartford Wedding Photos DJ With Uplighting
Molly + Conor were married in January at The Society Room of Hartford. I knew quite a few people in the audience that night – you see, Conor is stepson to one of my DJs. I even ran into a couple that I went to high school with who were guests! We went all out for Molly and Conor. They wanted our photo booth and uplighting to help really bring the party to life.
They didn’t want line dances or Bruno Mars or Country Music played at their wedding. Molly kept running up to me “Play Come On Eileen” or “Can you play Usher next?” and we kept the vibe flowing the entire night. The Society Room is always a bit of a tough load in (up a ramp, through two narrow doorways and around a couple corners) and even with a 3-man crew, we rush to get in and setup before guests start arriving. The one thing we highly recommend to our Society Room couples – don’t use the outside bar! It draws too many guests out of the room. Stick with the inside bar only! Keep the guests close to the dance floor.
