Nikki & Steve Wedding – The Common Man Inn Claremont NH
Nikki and Steve were like many of our “Covid Couples” – they had multiple wedding plans, venues, and dates. But…their wedding reception did happen at The Common Man Inn in Claremont NH. It was like a big wedding reunion for me. You see, I’ve known Steve for years from back when he was a wedding videographer. Steve got the band back together – Dan Roggi was there to handle their wedding photography. Mike Murray took care of the videography and same-day edit film. I was there to DJ and handle uplighting. I hadn’t seen Steve’s sister (who used to help him with his business) in so many years. And as this is a small world, Steve’s mom had her “friend” Norm with her that day – I immediately recognized him as I worked with him in my past life as a Mechanical Engineer in the Aerospace Industry.
Covid restrictions were nearly lifted by the time their wedding happened, so other than some hand sanitizer – it was pretty much back to normal for weddings! Guests arrived early and many stayed the full 6 hours to watch Summerwind Films same-day edit on the big screen to wrap up the night.
