Rachel & Will – Wake Robin Inn – Lakeville Wedding DJ
Rachel & Will were married at Wake Robin Inn in Lakeville CT. They wanted to move up their outdoor ceremony to miss the rain coming. Everyone stayed dry and we made it through the ceremony, but guests came down early from cocktails in the inn to miss the rain. Our bridal party got stuck in the Inn and guests under the tent as we waiting for the rain to pass. It downpoured. Everyone scrambled from the edges of the tent as sheets of rain came down.
It cleared just in time to bring Rachel and Will down for introductions. We had to chase around power issues at the tent. Everything got saturated and one of the tent power cables tripped the GFI circuit multiple times. We were able to isolate the issue and replaced their extension cord with one of our own just before we kicked off dancing after dinner. Let the party begin! Everyone danced right up until the last song at 10 (noise ordinance) before they headed inside for their after party.
