Rob Alberti Event Services – Staff Party
At Rob Alberti’s – we gather our staff a few times a year. Sometimes it’s for training or our year in review meeting, where we talk about past weddings and upcoming events. How can we do things better, more efficiently and give the best experience for our wedding clients? We will review new DJ gear and give our wedding DJs a chance to play with new gear at these training sessions. We will do crosstraining or shadow one of our other DJs at an upcoming event or set up for a day of practicing mixing or cleaning up our DJ gear and cables.
But, sometimes it’s about fun! This past weekend, we went to Odin’s Keep in Enfield, CT for some team building thanks to the expert ax throwers at Odin’s Keep. We had only 6 of our staff that couldn’t make it (not due to Coronavirus – just the flu or scheduling conflicts).
Bears BBQ catered our event – their food help ease the fact that no one was a pro at throwing axes into the target. There were quite a few Bullseyes, but many more axes bouncing off the target than sticking to it. At Rob Alberti’s – we are more than a Wedding DJ and custom lighting company – we are a family that has grown to nearly 20 people strong. I often say that my team would take a bullet for me in jest, but we all would do anything we could to help each other both professionally and personally. That’s the way we roll around here. Whether it’s a staff member’s wedding, birthday, moving day or adoption hearing – we are there for each other.
