Wedding Lighting Options and Our Suite of Wedding Services
We are excited to be working with you for your upcoming wedding. Over the next few months, we’ll be sending you some helpful suggestions and tools to make the most of your wedding day and to help you plan your wedding lighting and other aspects of your wedding as you need. Whether your wedding is under a tent, in a barn, or in a Mansion – lighting helps set the tone and background for your wedding day. Let us help you make the most of it. Wedding Lighting Options For Your Wedding
Bistro String Lighting
Market Lighting
String lighting is an excellent way to get that beautiful golden glow in your tent or barn wedding venue. All our string lighting is installed with dimmers so that you can set the perfect level of light for both dinner and dancing – because no one wants to dance when it’s too bright. From a simple zig-zag pattern to complex dense pattern lighting, we can work with you in designing just the right look and feel for your wedding day.
We always suggest a site visit around 3 months prior to finalize design and options to make sure we have you covered and to avoid any issues on installation day. Installations normally occur a day or two prior to your wedding day (before tables and rentals are in place).
Fairy Light Installations
Fairy lights are a much smaller bulb than our bistro string lights (2″ diameter) and can give your lighting installation a much denser pattern than we can achieve with standard string lighting. Dense installations like this are labor-intensive and are typically 2 or 3x as expensive as a standard bistro light installation.
Edison Style Bulb Custom Installations
Looking for something unique over your head table, cake, or dance floor? We can create a custom wood and Edison bulb style light design just for your specific need. This glass and 6′ long wood plank installation was placed over their head table at The Lake House Inn located in Lee, MA.
Again, all our lighting installations are designed with dimming capabilities.
Path Lighting
One thing that many couples forget is some form of path lighting for the safety of their guests when it gets dark. We highly recommend that your site visit with us should occur around DUSK so that you can see if there are any problem areas such as stairs, paths to bathrooms, or back to the car lot.
We can use shepherds hooks with lanterns or string lighting or ask your florist if they have any other suggestions to add to your wedding decor and for the safety of your guests.
Wood Table Arch
Our custom wood table arch can span a typical 8′ banquet table (or we can make one custom just for your table). Your florist can decorate it with florals and greenery or we can install custom lighting options for you.
AV Rentals & Ceremony Support
Not using our DJ Services for your wedding? Who will be providing sound support for your ceremony? We have sound systems specifically designed for your wedding ceremony needs – multiple wireless microphones, music playback, and battery-powered so you don’t have to worry if you are getting married in the middle of a field under that big tree – we can handle it all for you.
We also have video monitors to rent for your slide show needs or ask us about band support – we can provide a sound technician and backline/PA rentals for your out-of-area wedding bands.
DJ v. Band Breaks
Don’t you hate it when the band takes a break and the dance floor clears? We do too! Ask about options for one of our experienced DJs to take control when the band goes for that 30-minute break right when the dance floor is bumping. No more awkward silence or that quiet background music while they are off the stage.
Music Sets For Your Wedding Inspiration
Live Stream – Zoom Wedding Options
What do you do if some of your family and guests can’t travel to your wedding? Whether it’s health issues of older relatives or travel restrictions, we can help manage your live streaming needs for your wedding.
We will handle all the logistics onsite with monitor, microphones, and sound technicians so that both in-person and remote guests feel like they are part of your wedding day.
Photo Booth Rentals
Photo Booths are still all the rage at weddings. Choose from over 20 different style backdrops, design your artwork, and watch how much fun both you and your guests have on your wedding day.
Guests will get a printed photo quality 4×6 or 2×6 strip right onsite and they can quickly send digital copies to their phone with our touch screen photo booths. We have a trunk load of props so if you and your guests want to get dressed up, you can do that too!
