Sara and I used to work in tech together in West Hartford. We’d all have a blast chatting about future wedding plans. So, when Sara reached out and asked me to DJ her wedding I knew we were in for a party. Fast forward, to the week of the wedding, and Monroe, CT gets historic flooding that shuts down roads and causes some insane damage in town! Fortunately, the Waterview and roads to it were open in just a few days and we were all set for the wedding. It ended up being a gorgeous day for their ceremony and reception. Because of some of the flooding damage we moved the ceremony over to the east side of the building before heading in for cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
Sara and Danny’s families came to the party, and once the dance floor started, we danced for over 3 hours! The night was filled with mostly 2000s bangers and some 80s and 90s throwbacks mixed in. It made for an amazing night that everyone enjoyed!
