Umass Amherst – Event Lighting – Data Center – Campus Center Auditorium

We were on Umass Amherst campus three times this past week for 2 separate events.  The first event at the new Data Center (unfinished 6th floor lab) – was a ribbon cutting ceremony.   We took an empty floor and in conjunction with a couple other vendors, we transformed this space into a really cool industrial feel space.

We brought in our tall thick velour drapery to create a backdrop for the stage.  We added in stage wash lighting up in the ceiling exposed pipes.  For the chill areas with tables, we installed pin-spot track lighting pointed at each table.   To brighten up the center of the room, we added in another 30+ up-lights.

For our second event at Umass Amherst – this stage show was held in the Campus Center Auditorium.  We brought in our red up-lighting for the perimeter of the room and then added in our projection light to add stars on the ceiling.
